EJ Victor is a high-end, traditional furniture brand in the home furnishings industry. In recent years, they have expanded their offerings to include a wider range of price points and design styles to appeal to a broader audience. By creating specific client personas and building strategic, targeted content for each potential customer type, we were able to bring awareness and drive engagement with EJ Victor’s new offerings. 

THE CHALLENGE

EJ Victor needed to educate the home furnishings industry on their newly expanded design styles and varying price points in order to nurture customers.

In order to shift industry perspective, EJ Victor needed to pinpoint their audiences by creating user personas and showcasing their new offerings by highlighting the same elegant, quality craftsmanship, but for a broader appeal. 

Beyond generating awareness of their evolving brand, they also needed to implement accurate and repeatable reporting measures to show the effectiveness of their marketing efforts and capitalize on the leads generated as a result of their new content strategy.
