CEO Alex Moore Receives 2022 C-Suite Award
Alex Moore Recognized for Outstanding Leadership
Senior Partner of Marketing & Technology, Alex Moore, was recognized with the 2022 C-Suite Award by the Triad Business Journal for outstanding leadership. With more than 20 years in marketing and business management and extensive experience resolving both corporate and local business challenges, Alex is well-seasoned in helping clients across a diverse set of industries – from manufacturing and agriculture to professional services and higher education – meet their sales and marketing goals and objectives. He holds a BA in Agri-Business from Delaware State University and an MBA from UNC-Greensboro, with expertise in martech, product development, and digital strategy.
Focused on a Healthy Workplace Culture
In an industry that tends to have fluctuating employee retention, Alex is committed to creating a healthy workplace culture where employees feel valued as people first and empowered to not only do their jobs but reach their personal and professional goals.
For instance, Stratagon expanded through the pandemic, creating multiple new leadership roles and incorporating many positions for young professionals to grow. In a matter of merely 4 years, the agency nearly tripled in size and experienced 25% revenue growth year-over-year. Under his leadership, Stratagon has also made the Inc 5000 list for Fastest Growing Private Companies three years in a row (2020-2022).
When asked how he measures success, Alex reflects, “By the milestones and learnings I obtain en route to a stated goal. While reaching the goal is the ultimate milestone, we must celebrate the successes along the journey. There is no single number or certain accolades that determines success as it's truly a journey and not a destination.”
Active in the High Point Community
Outside of his leadership role at Stratagon, Alex is the chair of the High Point Chamber Foundation board, an executive board member for Forward High Point, and a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of High Point. He is also a mentor and speaker at Thrive High Point, a minority entrepreneurship initiative, and a visiting professor at High Point University.
