Forward will help your Salesforce instance keep pace with speed of your business.  Our support organization can handle all of your post go-live maintenance requirements.  Competitively priced and super responsive, Forward is an effective extension of your internal salesforce team and is ready to handle everything from remote admin and workflow updates to on-going enhancements and custom object development.  The Forward service is delivered utilizing highly qualified Salesforce professionals including Certified Admins, Consultants and Developers. 

Easy to Use

Forward is an easy to use service and offers a high level of flexibility.  Each client has an Account Coordinator who handles all enhancement request.  Once submitted, the Account Coordinator will document the request, verify it with the client and assign to a Forward resource to execute the request. 
 
Administration of the Forward service is made simple using a monthly commitment of hours paid quarterly.  The minimum hour commitment to begin with Stratagon Forward is 40 hours per month.
