This café has now been around for 30 years! From the beginning, it was uncertain if it would even become successful, considering the owners had little capital and the location was said to be at the “wrong end of Newbury Street.” From humble beginnings as a place to just linger over a cup of hot coffee and the newspaper, the Trident Booksellers & Café has evolved into a bustling book and magazine hot spot with amazing food, a catering and events program, and an awesome vibe.
Trident Booksellers & Café is a cool mix between a cozybookstore and a hip café with some of the best breakfast sandwiches in the city! It is the perfect atmosphere to catch up with friends, study, or just to relax and read a magazine out of their award-winning magazine collection.
You can surf the Internet on their free Wi-Fi or browse their collection of new and discount books. If you get hungry, no need to worry because the café is also a full service restaurant.
